okay, okay. NO MORE EXCUSES!

I know I am a super slacker but life is packed here! Pretty much last week on Thursday my mom came to visit! It was so nice to see her and I'm super glad that she was able to come. Although I don't think Costa Rica was what she expected, I think she enjoyed herself. All the bus rides and walking was really foreign to her since in the States you pretty much drive everywhere (which on that note, I hope I dont forget how to drive?!). So we went to Quepos which is a little town about 3 miles from the beach and stayed until Sunday and then hung out in Heredia (the province/town) I live in. It was super fun hanging out with her and showing her how differently life is here. I'm pretty sure I said "I don't know, It's culture" every 3.2 seconds. It was nice to see her and to see her in Costa Rica but it was a super fast paced crazy adventure. When she left to day I was super sad but luckily I have super awesome friends who know how to cheer me up! I have some pictures of what we did:
ALSO, I got some super sweet (and when I say sweet, I mean sweet) packages from my brother and his family and my mom! Here they are full of everything I could ever want:
Mom also brought me more JEANS from my house (THANK GOODNESS) and craisins :) Oh, how she knows me.. Now to eat (and share) all these yummy sweets my mom sent me!
