Panamá.

Well like two months ago I made it to Nicaragua and I'm living in Costa Rica and last week since it was "Semana Santa" (Holy Week) I hung out in Panamá. It was absolutely gorgeous. We went to Bocas del Toro and stayed in a super nice apartment. It was kind of weird to be honest but we had the choice of a hostel for 10 dollars a night or 85 dollars for 5 nights in a nice apartment with AC, a kitchen and all kinds of nice things. Yes, you know we chose the nice apartment with everything we could ever ask for. It was seriously SO relaxing, i loved it. So we got there on Saturday at about 7 or so, so we just grabbed a quick dinner and settled in. The next day we did absolutely nothing haha, first off it was kind of a bummer day because of the weather but we chilled out watched movies and were lazy and it was lovely. Monday we decided to go on a tour so we went on a catamaran all day, with lunch, fruit snack, and snorkel included for 33 dollars :) It was so great! I think that that experience made Panamá worth it. It was so relaxing and beautiful. Snorkeling was the coolest thing ever! I was swimming around trying to touch everything as fast as I could, I loved it! Tuesday was another lazy day, which I kind of had cabin fever so on Wednesday I forced my friends to get up and we went on another boat tour to the Island where there filmed the first Survivor (Zapatilla), a nice dock restaurant and Red Frog Beach. All of which were really lovely. Me and a couple of my friends decided to hike around the whole island of Zapatilla and it was super cool! The only thing that lacked was like a sweet montage of survivor gear but you know its whatever! I really enjoyed the islands and soaking up the sun and really enjoyed making my own food! It was so nice to be able to go to the grocery store and pick out what I wanted to eat (even though Panamá doesn't have beans in a bean, my Costa Rica favorite). Anyways, there is a little overview of this past week. Now to get back to in the groove of school :(
